Customize Our Treats With your Company Name

• Customized options are available for all wholesale clients. There is no charge for this service. We can place your company name (and possibly logo) on our product label in place of ours. We can include your website address.
• On the product label, our company name, city/state and phone number are listed as the manufacturer for the product.
• Labels are printed in black ink only. We can do color labels for an additional cost. You are also welcome to send your own labels for us to place on your products.

Ordering:

• Orders will begin being proccessed on the next baking day. Our baking schedule is Sunday thru Tuesday. We then ship the order within 24 hours of completion so it arrives at your customers as fresh as possible. Your customer should then receive their order within 1-3 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Service.
• Drop ship orders may be placed online, by phone or by email. To place your order online besure you have already registered as a wholesale vendor. Click on the link "Wholesale" and log into the Wholesale portion of the website. Wholesale prices will be reflected in your shopping basket on checkout. Basically wholesale is 50% of the retail price. When checking out, make sure the "Ship To" address has your customers name & shipping address. If you wish us to include an invoice you must email us one when you order.
• You will receive an automated email confirming your order after you have placed it online. We will email you again after your order has shipped with your tracking number. it is up to you to notify your customer.

Shipping:

• Orders are shipped within 24 hours of completion. Orders should arrive within 1-3 days after being shipped. We use USPS Priority Service. We will provide you a tracking number. It is up to you to provide your customer this number. You may purchase optional insurance on your orders for $2. There are no refudns if your tracking number shows the package has been delivered.
• Something to Bark About assures every package arrives at our local post office in perfect condition. After the package has been dropped off we cannot assume any responsiblity to any damage to the package during shipping. We package your order to the best of our ability to prevent breakage. During warmer months, products containing carob or yogurt decoration may melt slightly. We will add a cool pack in the package to assure the treats arrive as fresh as possible. If treats are melted upon arrive place in refrigerator for several minutes to firm back up. Something to Bark About is also not responsible for any spoilage that occurs after the treats arrive. We have stated the shelf life for each treat and recommend they are put in an airtight container or refrigerated after arrival for best results.
• We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the pos office. The post office makes every effort to deliver your package within 1-3 business dasy, as stated on their website regarding Priority Mail services.
• We do not ship outside the United States.

Return Policy:

• We stand by our delicious dog treats 100%. We are not happy if you are not happy! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
• All treats are non-refundable. We are not responsible for breakage during shipping. We do our best to package our treats carefully. However if your customer is unhappy with their order for any reason, please have them contact you immediately upon receiving thier order. The please contact us so we can begine to reslove the issue.
• If a customer wishes to cancel an order, notification must be submitted to us by phone or email before we begin to process their order. After we start to bake an order in cannot be cancelled. YOu may still choose to cancel the customer's order and in that case we will mail thieir oder to you (after all, you did pay for it).
• You may set your own return policy. We will not contact your customer. If your customer wishes to speak to us we will do so only after your approval.

Drop Ship Program Terms:

• Brand: Something to Bark About is listed on every product but we do not require you to list our brand on your website.
• Pricing: You pay the wholesale price for our products, plus shipping. There is no membership, drop ship or handling fee. You set the product price for your store, although we suggest selling at our suggested retail price.
• Sales and Promotion: Something to Bark About may run sales or promotion on our retail site. These sales and promotions do not apply to our wholesale programs. We do run sales and promotions for our wholesale program.
• Customer Service: We are available 7 days a week via email. You may call us during business hours: Tues-Fri 9am-4pm. 828-298-0633. You amy also call us during non-business hours and we will return your phone call normally within 24 hours. Something to Bark About will never contact your customers or have any interaction with them unless granted prior approval by you.
• Baking Days: Our baking days are Sunday - Tuesday.
• Packing Slip: Your customer will receive a packing slip with your company information printed on it. You can also email us your invoice to be included in your order.
• Product Images and Product Information: All product images are property of Something to Bark About and may be used only in the selling of our products. We will email all product images or you may copy them from our website with our approval. Our product names must remain the same, no exceptions. We will also email you all product information including description, ingredients and guaranteed analysis as well as wholesale price and suggested retail price.
• Closings: We do close during the year to go on vacation. You will be notified at leat 30 days prior.
• We do not supply free samples but you can order all our products in a single serve portion.
• All Wholesale vendors must sign a Wholesale Terms document.
