Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders will arrive 1-3 days after shipping. Our baking schedule is Sunday thru Tuesday. All Bakery orders must be received by Sat at noon preceding that week's baking schedule. All Bakery orders are shipped Wednesday thru Friday. All Boutique orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt of order.
Return Policy
All Bakery Treats are not returnable. We are not responsible for breakage during shipping. We do recommend insurance when shipping. However if you feel the treats your receive are unacceptable please contact us at info@something2barkabout.com We want all our customers to be happy.
Please note that all items purchased on this Site are non-refundable. The items offered on our Site are only exchangeable for alternative sizes or for store credit within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item, as long as such items are in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Therefore, please note all details and sizes before making your purchase. On the packing receipt, be sure to let us know the reason for the return and/or the item for which you would like to exchange the merchandise. For your protection, we suggest you send your returns/exchanges via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. Until you receive a delivery confirmation that we have received the package, it is your property.
Please note: All Bakery items, treats and/or biscuits, sale, or perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping and handling fee of twenty ($20). Before returning or exchanging any merchandise, contact us first for a return authorization number and instructions. It is imperative that you contact us first or the package may be refused. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Exchanges require an additional $5.50 shipping expense for the first item being exchanged and an additional $0.50 per additional item being exchanged. Please include a check for this amount payable to Something to Bark About with your exchange. |
